The hosts were incredibly welcoming and
the room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside was the difficulty in finding the property due to unclear signage, but once there, everything was perfect.

Can just recommend for a trip
Welcoming host, convenient location, where the host Oli made us feel very welcome and provided great advice on where to go and the best beaches, and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including amenities like free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV.
Cannot find any fault.

A Delightful Retreat with Unmatched Coffee Experience!
Enjoyed two nights in a Deluxe King Room. The self-serve Nespresso station was a delightful perk, available anytime. While the towels could use a touch of fabric softener and I wished for some protein options at breakfast, the stay was truly enjoyable. Don’t miss the coffee!

Family looking for relaxation
The breakfast was simple but really good and the shared kitchen was always clean and available. We loved sitting and having dinner surrounded by kangaroos, such a surreal experience.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.

Our Deluxe King Room was super comfy and clean. The bathroom was great, too. It really felt like a nice place to crash after all our adventures. Coffee and breakfast were available 24/7, which was a nice perk. All in all, just a cozy room in a chill spot. Loved that there were kangaroos around too!

Just an ideal choice for a flash visit in Dunsborough with reasonable value. The shared kitchen was a bit confusing, but I managed to make my own breakfast. Just ask the staff if you're unsure about using it.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the tranquil setting. Snorkeling at Gannet Rock and visiting Flametree Wines were highlights. A well-stocked kitchen, welcoming hosts, and the daily kangaroo visits made our stay memorable.
The only drawback was the lack of hot chocolate or juice options for those who don’t drink coffee or tea.
